  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • If the return is not approved (e.g., item used, damaged), no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
